"The training I did this summer at LifeStyleRx Sports Performance was really helpful. My times have been very good this far. I held a 1:57.3 for an hour, and just today held a 1:54.1 for a 30 minute piece. As predicted my times improved the day I got here simply with a minor technical change to the stroke. We've been on water almost every day since we started training. The erg work I have done, and all the other training I did with you is translating very well to the boat also.
